I’ve grown up around music. I have family members who are musicians, some are producers, some are writers, some are all of the above. I have a cousin who won a Grammy a few years ago for one of his productions. 🙂 Music has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I played in band, I was in church choir, I sing like I’ve got the most awesome voice on the planet, and I dance like nobody is watching!
My friend Paul a/k/a Myndgame introduced me to the wonderful world of EDM. He has produced quite a few mixes that I have uploaded so that I can listen to them during my walking time. You should check them out!!
There are many trance tracks that get me up and moving and make me wanna dance, while some of them take me away to a special place in my mind. Come & Get it by Krewella gets me all pumped up and makes me want to drive a gazillion miles per hour if I hear it while driving down the road, or it makes me want to get up and move if I hear it while I’m at home. To me, EDM is perfect to listen to while working out or walking. It, along with some 80’s music and some Pitbull, is what I will be listening to while I’m on the treadmill.
